Luxembourg (Europe)

Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel is on an official visit in China, accompanied by Finance Minister Pierre Gramegna and Minister of Sustainable Development and Infrastructure François Bausch.

Closer business ties between the two countries are central to the trip that is expected to see a number of agreements and memoranda signed. 

Bettel was welcomed on Monday Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Talks between the delegations included politics, finance, economics and culture. EU-China relations were also discussed.
